Class Information

At Unique Kickboxing Fitness Centre and Fight School we have a range of classes that cater for beginners through to professionals in their discipline. We have 2-3 coaches running each of our sessions to help and assist people so we can push you to achieve your goals.

All Our instructors are fully insured, CRB checked and hold the full and necessary certification for Coaching, Instructing, First Aid, Health & Safety, and Child Protection. All these certificates are available for your perusal at all classes.

Are youth classes are split in to the follow categories, allowing us to tailor the sessions to be the most beneficial they can be for the age group attending.

Monday

  • 17:00 - 18:00Kids Boxing Great class to build up general fitness. Registered amateur boxing club.
  • 18:00 - 19:00Ladies Boxing + Fitness Beginner to Intermediate level Women's Boxing. Ages 13 and up welcome. Great for self-defence and toning those common areas that every lady wants to tone & tighten.
  • 19:00 - 20:30Boxing - Adults Class Beginner to Intermediate level Boxing. Age group from 13 - adults, we promise to give you top quality training in a professional gym. All our sessions are structured, so you will not be left to just hit a bag!.
  • 20:30 - 21:30MMA - Adults Class Beginner to Intermediate level MMA. Age group from 13 - adults.

Tuesday

  • 19:00 - 20:30 Kickboxing + Fitness - Adults Class A great mixed class that is both fun and challenging. Ages of 13 and up welcome.
  • 20:30 - 21:30 Fitness + Toning - Adults Class A mixed class that will focus on your general strength and fitness conditioning. Ages of 13 and up welcome.

Wednesday

  • 17:45 - 18:30 Kickboxing - Juniors Class Fun and friendly light Kickboxing experience.
  • 19:00 - 20:30 Kickboxing + Fitness - Adults Class For both Men and Ladies designed to really get the body working, learning self-defence & competition training & tactics. 
  • 20:30 - 21:30 Sparring - Adults Class Adult class of mixed sparring across all disciplines. We welcome anyone with experience for sparring. Sparring is one of the key parts to pre-fight training. 

Thursday

  • 17:30 - 18:30 Kids Boxing Fun and friendly light Boxing experience.
  • 19:00 - 20:15 Boxing - Adults Class For both Men and Ladies designed to really get the body working.
  • 20:15 - 21:30 Kickboxing + Fitness - Adults Class A great mixed class that is both fun and challenging. Ages of 13 and up welcome.

Friday

  • 16:30 - 17:15Tots Class Class for general fitness for the younger generation. Ages 3+ welcome.

Saturday

  • 07:00 - 08:00 Fighter Training A special class for fighters only.
  • 09:30 - 10:30 Kickboxing - Juniors Class Fun and friendly light Kickboxing.
  • 10:00 - 11:00 Yoga Class A mixed Yoga class to increase your flexibility and relax your mind - £7
  • 10:30 - 12:00 Boxing - Adults Class Adult boxing class.

Sunday

  • 09:30 - 11:00 Kickboxing + Fitness For Children and Adults. Focussing on Kickboxing, the Technique involved, and general Fitness.
